Never send advance payments
Do not send deposits, booking fees, gift cards, wallet transfers or cryptocurrency before you have independently verified the advertiser. Payment pressure and requests for an OTP are strong warning signs.
Verify the listing yourself
- Check whether the description, city, area, photos and contact details are consistent.
- Be cautious when someone changes their identity, location or price during the conversation.
- Do not treat a reviewed, premium or featured label as a guarantee of identity or service.
Protect your personal information
Never share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, card details or copies of identity documents with an unknown advertiser. Avoid opening unfamiliar payment or download links.
Plan any meeting carefully
- Follow applicable local laws and only proceed with clear adult consent.
- Tell a trusted person where you are going and arrange your own transport.
- Leave immediately if you feel pressured, threatened or unsafe.
Report suspicious activity
Stop contact, keep relevant evidence such as the listing URL, and submit a factual report. If there is immediate danger or suspected exploitation, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
